1) goto teamcity admin page.
2) download the visual studio plugin
3) install the plugin

4) open visual studio
5) click on the teamcity link
6) LOGIN AS SHOWN

7) click on remote run. It will show you if any modified files were found on the server.
8) Run on a selected agent.
